I do not offer custom portraiture or custom hand-painted items at this time.
We ship all orders via USPS First Class mail. All in-stock orders are shipped on the next business day. Custom orders (monograms, any personalization, etc) are shipped within 7 days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If ten business days have gone by since you’ve received a shipping notification, please contact shop@arinasstudio.com for assistance.
Once your order has been placed, you have two hours to make any changes by contacting us via phone, email, or the website. After that time has passed, your order may already have been packed and shipped.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in case of damaged or faulty merchandise. If an item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us right away.
